Paladin is led by Eugene Joannides and Sasha Mackinnon, who remain directly involved in the firm's investments and projects.

Eugene leads Paladin's acquisitions, underwriting and transaction relationships. He focuses on evaluating opportunities, structuring transactions and building the relationships required to move projects from initial conversation through acquisition and execution.

Sasha leads Paladin's strategy, systems and project execution. He brings a product and operator's perspective to the firm's decision-making, translating complex investment plans into clear priorities, coordinated work and disciplined execution.
